Welcome to GeoAns. By registering on this website, starting a trial, or subscribing to the service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not agree to any provision, please do not register for or use the service.

You confirm that you have the legal capacity and authorization to enter into and perform these terms. Use of the service on behalf of a company constitutes a representation that you are authorized to bind that company.

GeoAns provides generative engine optimization (GEO) software services, including: scheduled auto-generation and publishing of content to your own website, AI recommendation monitoring across major AI platforms, automatic improvement of content that is not being recommended, conversion-keyword tracking, and related dashboards.

What the service delivers is the continuous operation of content generation, publishing, and monitoring. Whether, when, and how often AI platforms recommend you depends on many factors; GeoAns does not promise any particular recommendation placement or outcome.

Registration opens a full-feature 3-day trial. No software service fee is charged during the trial, and nothing is auto-charged when it ends; subscribe to a plan only if you are satisfied.

Keep your account credentials safe. Actions taken under your account are deemed your own. If you notice unauthorized use, contact us promptly.

Software service fees are charged per subscription plan. Prices and quotas for each plan are as displayed in real time on the "Plans & Pricing" page in the product. Annual billing is priced at 10 months; renewals extend the term and reset period usage.

AI model usage costs are borne directly by your own model account — GeoAns adds no markup and earns no margin on model usage. Third-party charges, if any, follow the model provider's billing.

Your business materials, generated content, and monitoring data belong to you. GeoAns processes such data only to the extent necessary to provide the service.

We provide data export and deletion channels. After the service ends, we will handle your data according to the retention terms in the Privacy Policy.

You warrant that the business materials you provide are true, lawful, and valid, and do not infringe any third party's rights.

Generated content still requires your review and release after similarity screening. You are responsible for the compliance of content you release, and must not use it for unlawful purposes.

Websites and accounts you publish to through the service (such as WordPress) are under your own management; you warrant that you hold lawful administrative rights to them.

We may adjust service scope and monitoring coverage due to technical upgrades, regulatory requirements, or changes in third-party AI platform rules. Material changes will be announced in advance in the product.

You may stop using the service at any time. Subscription fees are handled per the effective billing period; unused portions are not refunded by default (unless required by law). If we terminate the service for reasons not attributable to you, we will refund prepaid fees pro rata for unexpired periods.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies; the review-and-release step before publishing exists precisely to control this risk. Consequences of releasing content without review rest with the releaser.

We are not liable for service interruptions or outcome fluctuations caused by force majeure, third-party platform rule changes, or issues with your own materials or accounts — but we will make reasonable efforts to help restore service.
