Credits & Plans
How credits work (4 per article), plan quotas, ordering, payment, and renewal.
GeoAns runs on credits as one common currency: 1 credit = 1 AI action. Quotas and billing all follow it.
What things cost
"Settings → Credits & usage" shows a transparent breakdown: a brand-new article costs a fixed 4 credits end to end, step by step:
- Keyword & topic research, drafting, and quality checks together cost 4 credits;
- Deterministic steps after publishing (pushing, receipts, etc.) cost nothing;
- Auto-updating an uncited page costs 1 credit each time, at most 2 times per article, ever — spend stays bounded.

The same page keeps a credit ledger and an AI invocation log — every credit maps to one action, successful or not.
Plans & quotas
Tiers (Trial / Basic / Pro / Flagship) differ by monthly credits, sites, keyword library, monitored terms, knowledge base, and media storage. Current numbers are always on the in-product "Plans & Pricing" page; annual billing is priced at 10 months.
Quotas are also a glance away in the usage popover at the top right (sites, keywords, credits, knowledge-base entries, media storage).
Ordering
- Pick a tier and term (3 / 6 / 12 months) under "Plans & Pricing" and submit the order;
- Pay through our support channel (WeChat / payment QR); the platform activates or extends your term after a manual check — a reasonable handling time applies;
- After renewal the term's quota is restored in full.
Before expiry the platform emails an expiry reminder to your registered address — watch for it.
Expiry & renewal
- Subscriptions never auto-renew or auto-charge; renew manually before expiry to keep going;
- After expiry, publishing and generation pause while your business data is kept; renewal restores service;
- Downgrades keep the current plan's quota until the paid term ends;
- Refunds follow the Terms of Service: generally non-refundable for reasons not attributable to the platform; if the service stays unavailable for more than 7 days due to the platform, you may claim a pro-rated refund of the remaining term.
