Getting Started

Create an account, the 3-day full-feature trial, registration review mode, and the setup checklist after your first login.

GeoAns is built for businesses and sole operators engaged in lawful business activities. You must be at least 18 years old to register.

Creating an account

  1. Open the sign-up page and use a real, valid email address as your login account (it receives login verification, password resets, and service notices — make sure the mailbox works);
  2. Set a password and complete the human-verification check;
  3. Agree to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy (click either title to read the full text first), and confirm that you are 18 or older;
  4. Submit the form.

The 3-day full-feature trial

Registration opens a 3-day full-feature free trial: no software service fee during the trial and no automatic charge when it ends — subscribe to a plan only if you are satisfied.

One thing to prepare in advance: AI generation uses your own AI service keys. Apply for an API key at your model provider and enter it in GeoAns; model usage is billed to your account by the provider directly — GeoAns adds no markup. The first thing to do after registering is completing the model configuration (see the next chapter, "Configure AI Capabilities").

Registration review mode

The platform may turn on "registration review": your account then waits for approval after sign-up, and you can only log in and look around until it is activated. The 3-day trial starts on the day your service is activated — waiting never consumes your trial.

First login: the setup checklist

The home page shows a getting-started checklist. Complete the six steps in order and you are ready for daily operation:

  1. Configure your AI model;
  2. Connect your site and set up its endpoints;
  3. Build your keyword library;
  4. Build your knowledge base;
  5. Prepare product media;
  6. Create your first auto-publishing plan.

The checklist hides itself once everything is done. Each step is covered in the following chapters; the home page also offers quick entries for "New plan / Manual publish / Manage sites / GEO effect center".

After the trial ends

When the trial or a subscription expires, publishing and generation pause. Your business data is kept, and service resumes after renewal (see "Credits & Plans").
